At MSU it goes to incoming Juniors and Seniors in those programs however, OTC gives it to incoming Freshmen and Sophomores. That means anyone who graduates high school this year and wants to attend OTC and pursue a construction degree is eligible. Historically there has not been a lot of competition for these scholarships and we would like to see more interested students apply. Thank you in advance for your help promoting this!
